projects including political context, infrastructure requirements,
and planning status.
- Provision and evaluation of financial Performa related to
land acquisition.
- Negotiation of agreements of purchase and sale with builders.
- Administration of servicing contracts, builder agreements,
subdivision agreements, and other similar documents.
- Developers group management, including resolution of cost
sharing issues and land exchange analysis.
- Provision of all necessary budgeting information to obtain
project bank financing and maintain cost control.
